It was served super cold, sweet and jam packed with fresh bananas. To end our amazing day of eating, we wanted to try another Adana specialty, which is Şırdan and Mumbar (braised and stuffed sheep intestine). Although we usually do derece enjoy intestines, having all kinds of Turkish spices seasoning the dishes, it tasted quite delicious! Also in the market was a traditional cafe serving amazing künefe and charcoal coffee. The künefe was made fresh and all handmade.
